Do I Need to Re-Map

I’m one of those guys who has a hard time making up his mind. 
I own a 03 1800 VTX R. I am removing my stock exhaust and putting back on my Hard Chrome 3 inch straights. Have Power Commander and Kuryakyn Hypercharger.
The last time these 3 inch pipes were on my ride the dealer installed them. After having them re-install the stock pipes (Which I am removing) they charged me for something called re-mapping.
When I install the 3 inch Big Straights at home, will I have to take it back to dealer for a re-mapping?
Don’t know what happened to the disc I got with the Power Commander so guess I can’t do it myself.
Any ideas folks?

not required.. might help with decel pop... you can do it yourself, look around on PC's website and on Bareasschoppers.com for a similar settup to yours and try that map out...
