New Darkside almost there

Got my tire ordered today - should be here by end of week. Pulled the rear off the bike while the girls were taking a nap today. Got it aired down, but don't have the stuff to pull off the stock Dunny. Picking up some Dynabeads from a local dealer sometime this week. Have a shop to throw the new tire on, so hopefully by next weekend I will be all set up and ready to go. Picked up the tire from Discount Tires eBay store. It is hit or miss on what they have, but prices were good. Think that the only other thing to pick up is the molly paste for re-assembly. sounds like you got it planned out!

I Just changed miine out. I used a knife and a pair or wire cutters to get the old tire off. Wasn't to bad of a deal.

Erik make sure you check the tires born on date to make sure you dont get an old one.

Tire was on the front porch when I got home today. Took the rim in to work today and there is a auto hobby shop on base. They pulled the old tire and only charged me a $2.20 disposal fee. Took the new tire in to the shop where I know manager and asst and they put it on for me without any problems. The beads went pop pop at only 28 pounds. Got the tire back on the bike and all that is left is to put the shocks back on and button everything up. Ended up getting a Yokohama H4 in a 205/60/16 for $85 to the door from Discount Tires eBay page and checked the born on date and it is about 6 months old (2908). Last thing that I need is the dynabeads which should be here monday and it is time for a test ride. Will try to figure out how to post some pics when I am all finished.
