Howdy, well i made the move to the DARK SIDE and i am loving it!!! However now I have a delima of sorts....I installed a 205/65-R16 Michelin tire on the rear and i would now like to install a towing hitch to tow a trailer...from what i have been able to find on the internet, all the hitches go inside the fender-of which i now have no clearance for......has anyone out there solved this problem?????? There is no-way that i would take off the car tire as i have never felt so glued to the road as I have since putting it on.............thank you for any assistance...cheers, scotty Very Happy

sorry i haven't even thought about a hitch and the only ones i have seen are the kind that go between the inside brackets and the fender and i don't know if that would press the brackets closer to the tire or not. good luck and let us know what you find out.

you could try going to a smaller tire that would give you more room

Scroll down and click on the Retro pic. It's kinda hard to see on their pic, so here's mine:

Wow I was thinking how to do it as I read this and came up with the same idea, that is a cleaner set up to me than the other "regular" hitch. looks awesome.
