Alrighty... I have been looking at the wonderful and creative ways other guys have mounted their driving lights, especially the Wal-Mart cheap ones. I love to save money. Well I did a little measuring and this is what I came up with.

30mm scope mounts. The open kind made for being able to see through them looked the best to me, so I ordered a cheap set for $6.00 Drilled and tapped to fit the bolt that came with the Wal-Mart lights ($16.00). (Didn't want to spend money on different bolts)

Used a relay on the Blue/White wire in the headlight bucket.

I got the 30mm idea from seeing stuff like yours. 1" was too small for the lights, but 30mm worked well. I liked using the see-through mounts as well, so I would be able to tap the metal.
