A picture of my other Valkyrie
I bought this totaled bike from a friend who crashed it on The Blue Ridge Parkway. All the tins was replaced , handle bars , gauges etc. She's ready to roll now and as soon as I wear out the Avon she will go DarkSide.

Re: A picture of my other Valkyrie
WOW.....nice paint and very nice bike too. I rode tanglefoots Valkyrie on here and man, that thing is like riding a cadillac. My uncle has a Valkyrie with the six shooters....sweetest sound on any motorcycle, hands down.

I'm on my 4th DarkSide on this one.
I run a Cooper Zeon 2XS ... 205/55/16 ...I get around 10,400 to 11,000 miles out of them . When I had the Avon rear I would get 5,500 to 6,000 miles . The Cooper Zeon 2XS RULES in my book . I can drag the frame if I want to with it.

Re: A picture of my other Valkyrie
I hear you.....Every time I meet a naysayer says you can't turn a car tire....I asked him to bend over so he can see my HK k-2's and ask him what he sees. They always say..."Man, did you wreck"....Nope, just drag them every chance I get.....bwwhahahahaha
Even with the little 165's the 1300's run......they stick like glue.

Re: A picture of my other Valkyrie
The yellow one was a Standard . The bike is a 1998 ...The saddllebags came off a 1999 Tourer they was black....The trunk came off a 2000 Interstate it was red/black. I call that bike " Half-Breed " .The fairing was custom made for a short time by a company called " Hoppe " and used the Hondaline Tourer hardware to mount but he no longer makes them for the Valkyrie. I'm pretty sure he's building them for the VTX now

Re: A picture of my other Valkyrie
Smokin'joe,
The more pics I see of HB......the better I like it. It's just got the right every thing......
Fairing is the best looking thing I have ever seen. Paint scheme too!
I sure wish you could shrink the pics some, so we could see it in all it's glory, instead of cut up shots. I know, I'm asking for a lot. But man, that's a sweet ride.

Hes right, looks great. But I would like to see a full side shot too. Of both bikes. How about a shot of them facing each other.

RE: A picture of my other Valk
Smokin'joe'
Once someone rides a Valk they decide they want one. If they ride one and see the two you have and the paint job on both they are sure to become green with envy. Every where I stop people really look at my I/S. Mine is burgundy and I like the color but I'm flipping a coin to decide which of your two bikes look the best. I may have to repaint sometime in the future.

Re: A picture of my other Valkyrie
Very nice bike. I wanted one very bad and was going to buy it when I bought my VTX. Unfortunately Honda got stupid and quit making them and I couldn't find a used one anywhere near the middle of nowhere out here and decided not to drive 500 miels for one. I ended up buying a VTX1300C for around town and a ST1300 for road trips. I sold the ST1300 and regret it almost everytime I hit the interstate.

I've seen your bike
I saw your Valk on the Dragon last summer. I was riding a little Honda VT700 then (with my buddy on his Harly Dyna). I had been eying a Valk for sometime, and was blown away by yours. We were stopped at the little restaurant at the N.C. end of 129. Anyway, just wanted to say that you have a great looking bike. Hope to see you on the road out there this year.
