Wear Sunblock
Title says it all. But after watching my grandfathers and now my dad have a bunch of basil cells burnt off, I'm a big believer. I have some in the bathroom cabinet. After shaving, I smear some on. If I'm riding AND I remember, I put more on. But at least once a day I have some on.

Re: Wear Sunblock
I am quite possibly the WHITEST white man on earth. I mean I'm fishbelly white. (red hair) So, I can't agree more.
I basically bathe in sunscreen before I do any riding.
Did I forget to mention I live in the desert?
If it wasn't for the fact that I can ride pretty much year 'round, (daytime temps average 60 degrees in the winter) I would probably live in a cave.
