ZX1400 Powered Reverse Trike - Auto Tire on Rear? Swing arm bearings?

Building a ZX1400 powered reverse trike and am hoping to put a car tire on the rear rim. Vehicle will corner with zero lean.
Seems the closest thing readily available is a 205/50 17 which is quite a bit wider then the applicable bike tire at 190/50-ZR17.
Do the tire beads match up? Anything else I should be thinking about?
Also...do these bikes ever seem to have bearing issues? This application will test the bearings to the max.
