Very good idea- not to take anything away from VTXOA but they had the option to let the DS have a forum MTL will be a regular here.

Understand the dark background gut it is hard to read. Love the logo but can you get rid of the black?

I knew I liked you for some reason...any one who would stick with me from the beginning of the first 1300 Darkside posts and all the trolls and nay sayers is got to be some stand up guy or crazy. A little of both I think.

yeah, i'm still tweaking the colors...plan on working alot more on it tonight.

Kinda funny they can do state boards, a Harley boards both with long threads but the Bub/DS threads are the problem.

You just need to understand, they didn't WANT the bub/DS threads to be so informative and to keep on growing.

That's exactly how I felt about the deal over there. I asked tombstone to check in over here and see how real people are going to do it.


But we aint got to worry about that any more, all those childish games..thanks to toasted.

Glad to see you here..... I don't mind guys who know WHO to ride for. "Riding for the Son". ppsstt...I ride for HIM too.

It's going to get better all the time when more people get on. The forum isn't, but 30 hrs old. I think this is a great start.

Who knew, but my friend toasted that we could do this.....but really, it's guys like you along with some others that are going to make this forum something special. Characters welcome or people who have character.

Twin , guys,

My back and neck are doing a bit better , but have to take my time, take it slow.
Two days ago the bike went dead and with a friend I had to push her back into
the yard, bit uphill. That kind of things I can't do right now, but had no choice.
The side is that the bike is at my repairsman's place. I've to go over there
in a minut. My 8" trees are in place and now we have to relocate the rectifier regulator
before installing the new pipes.
After that, rejetting & adjusting the carb probably and small cosmetic things as well as
remodeling the seat a bit to avoid the seat bumping on the tiny fender.
In the meantime I'm still thinking about how to paint her, but that will come later.

just heard of the new site. i like it and thanks.

wanted to stop by and say how do to everyone. hi im bootlegger and ive been on the darkside for about 2 1/2 mounths now. the sad part is ive only gotten in about 30 miles with the kumo. its a sad story of witch no one cares so ill leave it.

been rideing about a year and 1/2 now. got my 05 leftover 1300s back in july of o6. just got 10,000 miles on it but its been mostly hard miles. well for the bike im fat and im about due for some new floorboards.

the list of mods. and i will promise to only do this once 1) day long saddle from russels 2)windshield
3)risers from wishmaster 4) clock and thermo from brother inlaw 5) crome covers for a few things
6) passenger floor boards for wife 7) 1inch. square tubing bent and welded to bike cause passenger factory mounts for pegs suck clayton 9) wifes back rest moved back and up due to the love seat as a passenger pillon. 10) tank trim 11) power plant and lower forks painted black 12) yea a car tire
