Asking for a friend. Searches turned up nothing for me. Any one know if it s wise on this style of bike? Rides 98% pavement.

Don't know about a V-Strom, but there are sport tourers using a ct. If he really likes leaning it over in the corners like a sport bike ,probably not. If he rides it more like a cruiser, should work. You can try a conversion chart to see what would be available. Please let us know what he comes up with so we can let others know.
