Re: Small favor from all the members
Not a problem. Good idea!
I wouldn't mind seeing how old others are as well.

1800 darksider-- New this year
I am new to this posting so hope I am doing it right. Was just going to say that after reading about the darkside I decided to try it. I used the Kumo on the rear and kept a Bridgestone on the front. I mostly joined because of a post I read from Kit Karson on the Goldwingfacts.com site. I was complaining of the headshake you will sometimes get when letting go of the bars while slowing down. He said with the tire setup he used he never gets headshake! He also said that he has 29,000 miles on his Kumo and it still had a lot of miles left on it. This impressed me as on my rear Dunlops I would only get about 12 to 15,000 miles. I now have aproximately 3000 miles on the Darkside and am loving it, I have ridden up to 90 mph and also have done some city driving. I have been on twisties and cement and blacktop and even rode about 10 miles recently on a dirt fire lane. That dirt had me hanging on tight though. Not because of the tire but just because an 800 lb bike is not meant to be in the dirt! I haven't been in the rain yet but will probably happen this week end as I am heading for the Vintage m/c races in Ohio and it is calling for scattered rain all week end.
